Headshot Information
Each camper will have a 3-to-5-minute time slot which will ultimately produce 5-10 pictures. Headshots will be taken on a gray background, and the final product will be a digital 8×10 image with a black border with the student’s name.
Parents and campers will receive a link to headshots in the weeks following camp.
What to wear? A simple, solid shirt with a little texture that fits you well and matches your eyes should do the trick. No whites and no graphics or anything that might distract from your face. Make sure the outfits you pick are ones that you are confident in! Due to time constraints, campers will only be able to do one outfit.
Go easy on the makeup! There is no need to put on tons of makeup. You want to look like yourself on your best day and not look like you tried too hard. Be yourself. Do your hair the way you would for every audition. Concealer and mascara are just fine! You don’t want to wear so much makeup that you’re unrecognizable.
Don’t wear jewelry that is distracting. Settle for nice stud earrings, a subtle necklace rather than a statement piece. If you have facial piercings and plan to wear them at auditions—wear them in your headshot.
Be ready with a “go bag.” This will house essentials. Here are some things I recommend packing: Chapstick, a comb or brush, a lint roller, make-up for touch-ups—powder, concealer, oil dabbing papers, lip color, etc.

For actors and actresses, remember headshots are about the type you are, not the type you want to be.
Headshots will be made available once edited!
